Product Analysis
Nature of Commodities: The merchant claims that these products are “1:1 replicas” (high-quality imitations) with an accuracy exceeding 95%. This indicates that the products are counterfeit goods intended to imitate luxury brands. Some commodities are original products of the merchant. The merchant’s ceramic quality meets extremely high standards in the industry; the bone china products are relatively thin and will be very transparent when illuminated closely with concentrated light.
Material and Price: Ceramic products made according to the material of the original products, but the selling price is less than one-tenth of the price of the genuine products.
Packaging: Commodities are equipped with gift box packaging. Both large tableware and small cups and plates have corresponding gift box packaging. Our gift boxes are very suitable for gift-giving.
Shipping and Logistics
Instructions for Use: The products are high-end tableware. It is recommended not to clean them in a dishwasher or cook with microwave tools.
Quality Inspection Process: The store will conduct a “secondary quality inspection” after leaving the factory and send unedited videos and photos to buyers for confirmation before shipment.
Shipping Timeliness:
Processing Time: 5-10 days.
Delivery Time: For most regions, sea shipping takes 30-50 days to arrive. Air shipping takes 10-20 days to arrive.
No Expedited Service: The merchant clearly states that expedited orders are not accepted.
Customs Clearance and Taxes: The merchant claims to have its own logistics channels and can provide “double clearance and tax-included” services.
Note: “Double clearance” usually means that the logistics provider is responsible for customs clearance in both the country of origin and the destination country. This term is often used to avoid strict customs inspections or tariffs on sensitive goods (such as counterfeit brands).
Return and Exchange Policy (Very Strict)
No Returns or Exchanges After Signing for Receipt: Once you receive the goods, returns or exchanges are not allowed for any reason (including damage).
Replacement Products: If the product is damaged during transportation, the merchant supports reissuing the corresponding product, and the customer needs to take photos as evidence. No replacements will be made for damages caused by malicious acts or during use.
Risk: All responsibilities are borne by the buyer. The goods must be confirmed through videos/photos before shipment. If you accept the video confirmation but find problems after receiving the physical goods, you will have no remedies.
